Major repairs of a blast furnace ¹3 metal works EISKO in Heluane (Egypt).
Major repairs of the first category of a blast furnace in ¹3 volume 1033 ì3 metal works in Heluane (Egypt) - in September-December, 2008 are successfully finished.
Repair was made in two stages.
At the first stage in the term - of 25 days stipulated by the contract was replaced all columns of mine (4 pieces), ring platforms of the furnace and was repaired the basic koloshnikovs’ beam.
The following basic works was performed at the second stage in the term - of 88 days according to the contract:
- Full replacement of a casing, a bottom, a dome of the furnace with basic koloshnikovs’flange;
- Partial replacement of the ascending vent with lining;
- Repair of the base of the furnace;
- Replacement of a ring air pipe of hot blasting with lining;
- Replacement of refrigerating plates bottom, a forge, tuyer zones, shoulders and furnace mines;
- Replacement koloshnikovs protection and lining dome plates;
- Full replacement of the fire-resistant lining furnaces;
- Replacement of the loading device of the furnace;
- Repairing of the metal constructions the inclined bridge with replacement of railway lines;
- Full replacement of system of cooling of the furnace
- Replacement of the furnace and koloshnik equipment.
The skip winch was repaired by the forces of factory under the direction of experts of Joint-Stock Company "Trust Uraldomnaremont’’.
Release of liquid "goat" was made by forces of Joint-Stock Company "Trust Uraldomnaremont".
The blast-hole drilling works was made during a dismantling period.
For repair performance in time, stipulated the contract, a multiline method of conducting works was applied with the use of the mechanisation of Joint-Stock Company "Trust Uraldomnaremont". The technology of repair provided application of the time basic system developed by the contractor of Joint-Stock Company "Trust Uraldomnaremont", "SibPsK" (KM drawings), drawings ÊÌD were developed by experts of Joint-Stock Company "Trust Uraldomnaremont".
The Joint-Stock Company "Trust Uraldomnaremont" sent to Egypt necessary quantity of experts and workers (450 persons) for repair, and also has sent the necessary erection facilities, equipment and the tool.
The Egyptian party has noted high quality and efficiency of performance of works and has expressed hope of the further cooperation.
