Blast furnace major repairs № 3 metal works in Heluane (Egypt).
The Blast furnace number 3, has been constructed by volume of 2000 cubic m. on metal works in Heluane (Egypt) under the project of Gipromeza in 1973.
In September, 2008 "Trust Uraldomnaremont" has started carrying out of major repairs of the first category by planned duration of 113 days.
It is planned to perform following works:
- to replace mine columns (4 pieces) and ring platforms;
- entirely to replace a furnace casing;
- to make other works from a complex of the first category.
For manufacture of works "Trust Uraldomnaremont" sent necessary quantity of experts to Egypt and has directed there the corresponding equipment, assembly equipment and the tool. The technology of repair provides installation time metal constructions for transfer of loadings from the top structure of the furnace for replacement of basic system and a casing. |
